Screen Printing
If you have a simple design with only a few colours, screen-printing might be an option for you.
Usually used for large front or back logos or logos with a lot of colours; screen-printing is essentially a way of using stencils to paint designs onto garments.
If you have 3 or less flat colours (no gradients) in your design and require a larger run (10+), screen-printing might be the best garment printing option for your needs (this can be discussed at the time of your enquiry). Every colour requires the setup of a screen; which requires a setup fee. If you are printing bright colours onto dark garments, you may also need a white undercoat and this counts as an extra colour. There is an initial setup fee per screen/colour and any subsequent print run may require a re-set fee per screen/colour.
We would require a vectored format file of your logo to process any screen-printing (eps or ai, PDF or EPS) or any vectored file. If you don’t have a vectored file get in touch to ask about our fees for vectoring your logo.

We recommend that all customised screen-printing garments are washed on cold cycle and air dried. This extends the life of the print work.
DTF Heat Transfers
With rich & sharp colours Supacolour is the innovative new way of producing heat transfers that will make your brand stand out!
The high quality finish of a Supacolour transfer allows all the fine details, brightness & tonal gradients to shine! Supacolour also has a smooth finish with no raised edges or thick texture giving you an outstanding result.
By using this process you can have as many colours as you like; giving you a far more cost effective option than a screen-print with a lot of colours.
Supacolour is an eco-friendly, durable, water based transfer & has been tested for no fading or cracking for 50+ domestic laundry washes.
The minimum order quantity for Supacolour transfers is 10 items of the same colour, material type & with the same sized print. An initial setup fee applies, as does a re-set fee for any subsequent transfer runs. Our recommendation is to use cotton rich fabrics to get the best results.

We recommend that all customised Supacolour printed garments are washed inside out on a cold cycle and air dried. Vigorous hot washing and tumble drying can cause damage to prints. We do not take any responsibility for damage caused to garments from not following the recommend care guide.
Sublimation
Fully customise your sports gear/social sports team gear or school uniforms with Dye Sublimation.
Sublimation is the versatile way of printing where the inks are fused into the polyester fabric as opposed to sitting on top of the fabric - the print is actually a part of the garment and lasts alot longer! Call into store to view our sample range.

- Gives the fabric a softer touch after printing
- Is very durable and ideal for sports
- The colour remains strong in outdoor lighting and after extensive washing
- Does not have any texture or weight
- No cracking or peeling
